Unsere Planung schreitet fort. Nach unserer Hochzeit in Venedig, werden wir Rom besuchen und während unserer Flitterwochen durch Italien tingeln. Außerdem beschäftigen wir uns mit Familienplanung....wir wollen ein gemeinsames Kind. Meine Abende sind mit traumhaft schönen Chats angefüllt und es ist Friede, Freude, Eierkuchen.

Lionel ist allerdings so beschäftigt, dass er es noch nicht geschafft hat, den Vertrag zu scannen und mir zuzusenden.

Endlich hat Lionel es geschafft, mir den Vertrag zuzusenden und auch wie gewünscht, die Bankkonto-Informationen, damit ich das Geld rechtzeitig überweisen kann.

Abgesehen davon, dass der Vertrag aussieht wie Kraut und Rüben und Seiten fehlen (z.B. die Seite mit den Unterschriften), hat er noch zwei andere Dokumente mitgeschickt, die mit unserem Geschäft gar nichts zu tun haben. Der Fehler muss ihm ausversehen unterlaufen sein.

Hmmm, was er jetzt wohl denkt, was ich da gefunden habe? Wieso sollte ich nicht glauben, was ich da gefunden habe? Ein junger Mann (10 Jahre) hat mir vor ein paar Tagen gesagt: "Das Internet lügt nie!"

Ich habe herausgefunden, das Lionel ein Mörder ist. Mein Schatz ist geschockt. Es ist schon schlimm, was es für herzlose Menschen gibt. Und dann haben diese auch noch Namen von so unbescholtenen, herzensguten und liebenswerten Wesen, wie meinem Lionel. Und da seine Bilder nicht mit denen des Mörders übereinstimmen, kann er es natürlich auch nicht sein.

Dana, hab den Vertrag mal gerade überflogen. Seite 1 ist eine Bestätigung der Einschreibung an der Uni sowie eine Aufforderung zur Zahlung der Studiengebühren. Hat mit einer Ölquelle überhaupt nichts zu tun. Auf Seite 11 wird erwähnt, dass die Ölquelle innerhalb von Shangdong City liegt. (located within). Also dann in diesem Fall in China. Außerdem wird Mr. Sea in diesem Vertrag von jeglicher Verantwortung befreit. ( to release Mr. Sea from responsiblity for all existing....) Womit dem Partner, also Dir dann automatisch die A...karte zugeschoben wird. Vielleicht kannst Du ja damit was anfangen

Es sind die restlichen 2 Seiten des Vertrages eingetroffen. Mir ist fast alles aus dem Gesicht gefallen, als ich die beiden Seiten gesehen habe. Das muss hoch hergegangen sein bei Vertragsunterzeichnung und die Sekretärin, die den Vertrag auf Papier gebracht hat, hat erst recht zu tief ins Glas geschaut ....oder die Brille vertauscht.... Anders kann ich es mir nicht erklären, dass die letzten Seiten des Vertrages rechtsbündig gedruckt sind.

Die Tage vergehen mit allerlei Chats. Wir tauschen uns aus über Vorlieben und was wir gerne machen würden in der Zukunft. Ich beispielsweise würde gerne mal in Dubai shoppen gehen. Lionel war sogar schon mal dort.

XXI. 09. August 2009

Die Tage vergehen schleppend. Wir zählen die Wochen und Tage, rechnen diese in Stunden, Minuten und Sekunden um. Ca. am 20. August will Lionel bei mir sein. Er erzählt mir von seinen Kochkünsten, dass er die mexikanische Küche liebt und verrät mir sogar ein Rezept dazu. Auch erzählt er mir ausführlich von seinem Leben mit seiner verstorbenen Frau, die aus einer syrischen Adelsfamilie stammte.

Was mich allerdings geschockt hat, es werden auf Bohrinseln Hahnenkämpfe abgehalten. Damit vergnügen sich die Arbeiter am Wochenende.

Ich war heute bei der Bank. Aber es lief leider nicht wie gewünscht. Der Banker hatte sich gewundert, dass ich Geld, welches ich erst heute aufs Konto bekommen habe, ins Ausland überweisen will. Er fragte mich, wofür die Überweisung sei und ich erzählte ihm, dass es sich dabei um ein Ölgeschaft eines Freundes handelt. Er erklärte mir, dass jede Überweisung ins Ausland über 10.000 Euro aufgrund des Geldwäschegesetzes überprüft wird und jede Überweisung über 25.000 Euro muss angemeldet werden (Anmerkung: Ich weiß wohl, dass dies so nicht ganz richtig ist). Der Banker fragte mich nach Unterlagen, mit denen ich belegen kann, wofür die 318.000 Euro sind. So fuhr ich also nach Hause, druckte den Vertrag aus und fuhr wieder zur Bank.

Der Banker hatte sich den Vertrag angeschaut und gesagt, dass es so nicht geht. Weder ich noch der Geldempfänger sind Vertragspartner bei diesem Geschäft. Er sagte, dass es sich bei dem Geldempfänger um ein privates Konto handelt und nicht um ein Geschäftskonto von Shandong-Yuanzheng. Wenn ich so einen so großen Betrag auf ein privates Konto ins Ausland überweisen will, dann braucht die Bank den Personalausweis und den Reisepass des Geldempfängers.

XXV. 13. August 2009

Es gibt keine ID-Card und auch keinen Passport von der ominösen Repräsentantin des Staates Malaysia. Statt dessen gibt es eine neue Bankverbindung.

Lionel schreibt, er war gestern zu müde, um die Sache auf die Reihe zu bekommen. Shadong-Yuanzheng hatte ihn heute wieder angerufen und er hatte ihnen erzählt, was mir auf der Bank passiert ist. Deshalb bekomme ich nun die Bankverbindung von einer Tochterfirma von Shadong-Yuanzheng. Lionel erklärt es mir. Die Firma hat eine ganze Menge an Filialen/Tochterfirmen und jede von denen hat natürlich seine eigene Bankverbindung.

So ist es natürlich klar wie Kloßbrühe, dass der Name der Tochterfirma nicht mit dem von Shadong-Yuanzheng übereinstimmt. Oder so ähnlich.... . Lionel braucht auch meine Adresse, damit mir das Zertifikat (wofür auch immer) zugesendet werden kann. Auf diesem Zertifikat werde ich als nächste Verwandte eingetragen. Auch soll ich den Leuten bei der Bank nicht erzählen, dass er ein Freund sei, sondern er ist mein Ehemann.

XXVI. 14. August 2009 Vormittag

Jetzt ist es Mittag und ich habe eine Odyssee bei der Bank hinter mir. Ich habe es wieder nicht geschafft, das Geld zu überweisen. Auf der Fahrt zurück zu meinem Geschäft bekomme ich eine SMS von Lionel mit der Frage, ob ich bei der Bank durch bin.

Es dauert 2 Stunden und dann willigt Lionel ein. Er wird die Frau seines Freundes schicken. Die beiden sind aus Großbritannien. Sie wird am Sonntag von Großbritannien herfliegen. Ich soll dann am Montag das Geld bereithaben. Er hatte sie gebeten nach Hamburg zu fliegen und das Geld abzuholen.

XXVII. 14. August 2009 Nachmittag

Heute nachmittag hat eine Rebecca angerufen. Die Telefonnummer ist sehr merkwürdig: +162786892. Sie fragt, ob ich die Freundin von Lionel sei und wann denn unser Hochzeitstermin ist. Sie möchte doch so gerne dabei sein. Ich wundere mich, da ich ja noch keine Einladungen versendet habe. Aber dann stellt sich raus, dass Rebecca sich morgen zwecks Geldübergabe mit mir treffen will. Das ist aber sehr ungünstig, da morgen Samstag ist und die Banken am Wochenende hier in Deutschland geschlossen sind. Ihre Reaktion war herzig: "Ach ja, bei Euch haben die Banken ja gar nicht auf am Wochenende!" Rebecca ist zur Zeit in den Niederlanden zu einer Tagung. Nun muss sie erst einmal mit ihrem Boss sprechen, wie es weitergehen soll.

Eine halbe Stunde später kommt der nächste Anruf von Becky. Diesmal habe ich Probleme ihr zu folgen. Sie spricht ein fröhliches, schnelles Englisch. Sie möchte mich nun am Montag ganz früh treffen und zwar um 1 Uhr. Ich habe nicht ganz gerafft, ob um 1 Uhr nachts oder um 1 Uhr mittags. Auch möchte ich gerne ihre Telefonnummer haben, damit ich sie erreichen kann, falls noch Unklarheiten bestehen. Da kam sie etwas ins Stocken. Sie wird sich morgen wieder bei mir melden, um die Telefonnummer des niederländischen Büros durchzugeben. Da ich große Schwierigkeiten habe, sie zu verstehen, bitte ich sie, mir alles noch mal per Mail zukommen zu lassen.

Später am Nachmittag bekomme ich eine SMS von Rebecca von einer britischen Mobil-Telefonnummer. Scheinbar will sie, dass ich zur Geldübergabe nach Holland fahre.

Wir haben immer noch den 14. August und ich bin im abendlichen Chat mit Lionel. Lionel ist verärgert und ich bin erschöpft. Ich erzähle ihm, dass Becky sich mit mir in Holland treffen will. Er meint, dass es einfacher für sie wäre wegen ihres Jobs.

Becky wird am Sonntag London verlassen und nach Holland fliegen. Ich soll am Montag morgen alles bereit haben, damit sie schnell wieder zurück kann. Ich will aber nicht mit so viel Geld so weit bis nach Holland fahren....ich würde auch ihren finanziellen Ausfall auch bezahlen. Wir könnten uns in Köln treffen...das ist nicht weit von Holland und auf der Hälfte des Weges von Hamburg.

Nun versuche ich, Becky direkt anzuschreiben, da sie mir eine Email-Adresse gegeben hatte. Ich bin bereit, nach Holland zu kommen, aber nur bis knapp hinter der deutschen Grenze. Wir könnten uns in dem Städtchen Vaals treffen. Dann brauche ich nicht so weit zu reisen.

Lionels Email lässt nicht lange auf sich warten. Er versteht es alles sehr gut. In Europa sei es nicht so einfach, mit einem solch großen Betrag zu reisen wie in den USA. Er hat heute morgen also einem anderen Freund geschrieben und ihn gebeten, dass er oder seine Frau das Geld aus Hamburg abholen. Er hatte seinem Freund erzählt, dass er auf einer Ölplattform in Asien arbeitet und deshalb nicht selbst kommen kann. Ich könne auch nicht reisen, wegen meines Geschäftes. Der Freund versteht dies und ich soll mir keine Sorgen machen. Lionel sendet seinen Freund zu mir. Wichtig ist nur, dass ich am Montag morgen das Geld bereit habe.

Wieviel Freunde hat er eigentlich hier in Europa?

XXX. 15. August 2009 Abend

Lionel erzählt mir, was er alles mit mir teilen wird. Er hat beispielsweise einen Schatz in seiner Gruft. Das ist echt lustig, denn ich frage ihn, ob er denn noch die Schatzkarte hat, um den Schatz wiederzufinden. Außerdem hat er von seiner Großmutter ein altes, wertvolles Kollier, dass er mir schenken möchte. Das ist alles große Klasse, aber ich bin doch sehr viel mehr an ihm interessiert als an seinen Schätzen. Das scheint ihn doch etwas zu verwirren.

Am meisten interessiert mich nun aber, wer denn am Montag kommen wird, um das Geld abzuholen. Lionel erklärt mir, dass Becky ihn angerufen und gesagt hatte, dass sie nur nach Holland kommen kann und sofort wieder zurück in ihr Büro muss. Sie kann also nicht nach Deutschland. Dann hatte sich ein anderer Freund bei ihm gemeldet, der zwar gerade nicht in Deutschland ist, aber seine Frau kann das Geld abholen. Das Ganze muss am Montag Morgen ablaufen. Sobald ich aus der Bank raus bin, soll ich sie anrufen und sie holt dann das Geld ab.
