client before they getconfisicated or declared unknown by the security
company under whose custody this huge deposits are.

The Standard Trust bank where the deceased had deposited this
consignment has issued me a privailing notice to provide the next of kin to my
client or have the consignment confisicated within the next 30 official
working
days.

Since I have been unsuccesfull in locating the relatives for over 1
year now I therefore seek your consent to to permit me present you as
the next of kin to the deceased since you share this common similiarity
in your last names with the view that the proceeds of this deposit
valued at $26 million dollars can be handed over
to you and thereafter you and I alongside my two collegues can share
the money.
60% to us and 40% to you. I will procure all necessary legal documents
relating to the claim and your assumption of position as the next of
kin to my deseased client so as to facilitate easy trasfer.
