der Ausweis sieht aus wie ein Fantasie-Produkt. Diese LTO gibt es immerhin: http://www.lto.gov.ph/

Der gute Mann seine Fahrerlaubnis zum Geburtstag bekommen. Das mit dem Gewicht ist wirklich lustig. Vielleicht darf er damit Rickscha fahren.
