So there will be two things that could happens
1. Thing They look at the packing lists and say its okay without proving.
2. The open it and prove.
So when I have no packing list and bill they will prove automatically.
When they prove and see the papers are not my name on (thinking about your contracts) the will ask questions about legal and confirm with German law. Which I can properly not answer
So when I have your letter of attorny I can show them and they know I just handle in your order.
As I told the company German bureaucracy is high.

Das Datum fehlt auch, er kann es ja schon wieder widerrufen haben. Für welchen Geschäftsbereich seiner Firma gilt es ? Einkauf, Auftragsannahme, Krediterhöhung, usw.

6. He disagree that a foreign company knows how German bank is working so (sorry for that term but he said it not me) "Sie sollen aufhören so einen Mist zu verzapfen und besser mal ihre Bankkontoverfügbarkeit prüfen".

7. If there is something wrong with there account the money will be placed on a "Sicherheitskontrollkonto" because it would be to expensive to send it back and they wait until the company can send a "Unbedenlichkeitsbescheinigung" from there bank. Its not me is German law. If they couldn't send it they have to inform me so the money will transfer back to my account

8. So you see the company has to do his homework and have to check if they made a mistake.
