Matt Zanzane is a graduate of Washburn University and Washbun School of
Law. He joined Zanzane International Law Firm, as an associate in 2003.
Matt Zanzane was made a member of Zanzane International Law Firm in

Joss Rene

Joss Rene graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in
with a Bachelors in Business Administration. He graduated from UMKC Law
School in 1973 and was awarded the Order of Bench and Robe. His Juris
Doctorate was awarded with distinction.

Following law school, Joss Rene became in-house counsel to the J. C.
Nichols Company. There he was employed until 1985 and served as
attorney to the commercial properties department of the Company and
handled land use planning, homes association creation and
representation, zoning and various areas of public finance. From 1985
to 1994, Mr. Patterson was a partner in the firm of Schleicher, Latz,
Lloyd and Patterson. The firm represented J.C. Nichols and others in
structuring transactions. Joss Rene continued to represent developers
as well as governmental agencies in zoning, land use and public
financing areas. In 1994, Doug Patterson formed his own firm, Zanzane
International Law Firm. This firm practices primarily in the
transactional law area, economic development incentive law,
condemnation law and the structuring complex transactions. The firm
draws on the expertise of its affiliates throughout the region so as to
assure clients the best representation, not only within the firm, but
within the entire area.

To understand how to deal with the public sector of the practice, Joss
Rene served as an elected member of the Leawood City Council and also

Joss Rene

Joss Rene graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in
with a Bachelors in Business Administration. He graduated from UMKC Law
School in 1973 and was awarded the Order of Bench and Robe. His Juris
Doctorate was awarded with distinction.

Following law school, Joss Rene became in-house counsel to the J. C.
Nichols Company. There he was employed until 1985 and served as
attorney to the commercial properties department of the Company and
handled land use planning, homes association creation and
representation, zoning and various areas of public finance. From 1985
to 1994, Mr. Patterson was a partner in the firm of Schleicher, Latz,
Lloyd and Patterson. The firm represented J.C. Nichols and others in
structuring transactions. Joss Rene continued to represent developers
as well as governmental agencies in zoning, land use and public
financing areas. In 1994, Doug Patterson formed his own firm, Rockshire
International Law Firm(RILF). This firm practices primarily in the
transactional law area, economic development incentive law,
condemnation law and the structuring complex transactions. The firm
draws on the expertise of its affiliates throughout the region so as to
assure clients the best representation, not only within the firm, but
within the entire area.

To understand how to deal with the public sector of the practice, Joss
Rene served as an elected member of the Leawood City Council and also
in the Kansas House of Representatives, where he was the House Majority
Whip and Vice Chair of the Kansas House Judiciary Committee.

Ricky Taylor

Ricky Taylor is a graduate of Washburn University and Washbun School of
Law. He joined Bosting Law Firm, as an associate in 2003. Ricky Taylor

Ricky Taylor’s practice primarily focuses on real estate litigation and

Ricky Taylor attended Washburn University and graduated with a

Washburn Law Journal. She graduated law school in 2003. His Juris
Doctorate was awarded with Dean’s Honors. During law school, Ricky

Marie Jones

Marie Jones is a graduate of The University of Kansas School of Law. He
is a problem-solver with over 15 years litigation experience, and
joined Bosting Law Firm, after working at one of Kansas City’s largest

Joss Rene

Joss Rene graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in
with a Bachelors in Business Administration. He graduated from UMKC Law
School in 1973 and was awarded the Order of Bench and Robe. His Juris
Doctorate was awarded with distinction.

Following law school, Joss Rene became in-house counsel to the J. C.
Nichols Company. There he was employed until 1985 and served as
attorney to the commercial properties department of the Company and
handled land use planning, homes association creation and
representation, zoning and various areas of public finance. From 1985
to 1994, Mr. Patterson was a partner in the firm of Schleicher, Latz,
Lloyd and Patterson. The firm represented J.C. Nichols and others in
structuring transactions. Joss Rene continued to represent developers
as well as governmental agencies in zoning, land use and public
financing areas. In 1994, Doug Patterson formed his own firm, Bosting
Law Firm. This firm practices primarily in the transactional law area,
economic development incentive law, condemnation law and the
structuring complex transactions. The firm draws on the expertise of
its affiliates throughout the region so as to assure clients the best
representation, not only within the firm, but within the entire area.

To understand how to deal with the public sector of the practice, Joss
Rene served as an elected member of the Leawood City Council and also
in the Kansas House of Representatives, where he was the House Majority
Whip and Vice Chair of the Kansas House Judiciary Committee.

Fiona Adams is a graduate of Washburn University and Washbun School of
Law. She joined Dunamis Law Firm, as an associate in 2003. Fiona Adams

Fiona Adams

Fiona Adams is a graduate of Washburn University and Washbun School of
Law. He joined Kathy Nelson International Law Firm, as an associate in
2003. Fiona Adams was made a member of Kathy Nelson International Law
Firm in 2015.

Fiona Adams practice primarily focuses on real estate litigation and
transactions, eminent domain law, and business litigation. Michelle has
extensive experience in counseling clients land use and zoning issues,
business and contract disputes, landlord/tenant law, insurance coverage
matters, home/condo association formation and disputes, commercial and
residential property tax appeals, as well as domestic relations cases.

Fiona Adams attended Washburn University and graduated with a
Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice in 2000. He also attended
Washburn School of Law where she served as Research Editor of the
Washburn Law Journal. She graduated law school in 2003. His Juris
Doctorate was awarded with Dean’s Honors. During law school, Fiona
Adams worked as a research assistant for Professor Ali Khan. Fiona
Adams researched international law issues and edited several chapters
of Professor Khan’s book, A Theory of University Democracy: Beyond the
End of History. Fiona Adams also worked in the family law section of
the Washburn Law Clinic during his third year of law school
representing clients in divorce, paternity, and adoption cases. Also,
during law school, he took many property classes including real estate
transactions, oil and gas, and real property.

Joss Rene

Joss Rene graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in
with a Bachelors in Business Administration. He graduated from UMKC Law
School in 1973 and was awarded the Order of Bench and Robe. His Juris
Doctorate was awarded with distinction.

Following law school, Joss Rene became in-house counsel to the J. C.
Nichols Company. There he was employed until 1985 and served as
attorney to the commercial properties department of the Company and
handled land use planning, homes association creation and
representation, zoning and various areas of public finance. From 1985
to 1994, Mr. Patterson was a partner in the firm of Schleicher, Latz,
Lloyd and Patterson. The firm represented J.C. Nichols and others in
structuring transactions. Joss Rene continued to represent developers
as well as governmental agencies in zoning, land use and public
financing areas. In 1994, Doug Patterson formed his own firm, Kathy
Nelson International Law Firm. This firm practices primarily in the
transactional law area, economic development incentive law,
condemnation law and the structuring complex transactions. The firm
draws on the expertise of its affiliates throughout the region so as to
assure clients the best representation, not only within the firm, but
within the entire area.

To understand how to deal with the public sector of the practice, Joss
Rene served as an elected member of the Leawood City Council and also
in the Kansas House of Representatives, where he was the House Majority
Whip and Vice Chair of the Kansas House Judiciary Committee.
